CASE STUDY 1

Pilot Project House 01

A four bedroom detached home in North Dublin. The design incorporates the homeowners wish to share their home while still living comfortably and privately in their own space. There was also a wish to have space for visiting family and to maintain the cosy comfortable features of a family home. The design is a little different from our base design with the inclusion of an additional stairs to allow for both residents to have access upstairs and downstairs. We are working on this project at the moment with a projected completion date of mid 2018

CASE STUDY 2

Pilot Project House 02

A three bedroom semi-detached house. This house is similar to the base design and is a house typical of mature neighbourhoods in Dublin. The existing garage to the side of the house offered further room to create a very comfortable living space downstairs for the homeowner while allowing the upstairs to be an independant space for a person to share. We are working on this project at the moment with a projected completion date of mid 2018
